MY SONG OF THE WEEK: Well, this song...this song is gorgeous. Mind you, any song by these two ends up simply brilliant. This song, though a genuine oldie, has survived the passage of time through its haunting guitar, amazing harmony throughout the whole song, and lyrics that really make you sit back and ponder your course in life. I love this band, and I love everything about them. Sometimes, we just need to sit back, shut up, and really listen to the world around us. The lyrics, like the guitar and the vocals that are delivering them, are haunting, and make you think about the message behind the song. Lyrics such as People talking without speaking, People hearing without listening (and my personal favourite) And the people bowed and prayed, to the neon god they made really go a long way if you take the time to listen to this song in its entirety.
