MY SWEET TAMARA - English version (just an excerpt) Prologue She stood there watching her favourite tree. The Golden Shower, or Cassia Fistula, her Science teacher had told her one day when she caught Tamara staring at that tree through the classroom window. Tamara loved the way the leaves and yellow blooms fell during windy days, blown by the breeze. If only the blooms were white, it would look like its snowing, she imagined. With her packed sandwich and water bottle she walked towards the tree. Everyday she looked forward to spend her time, eating her food under that tree where she finds solace and calmness. Somehow the tree reminded her of a place that she couldnt quite remember. It was like experiencing a deja vu. Trying to find the connection would be a very challenging task for a six year old girl.
