MY TAKE ON MAHAMA AND TRUST: Mahama calls Bribe, Transactional leadership. Getting things done through people by influencing them with money since he has no leadership by example formula. Akuffo Addo and NPP are transformational leaders since success means transformation. Alan who is transactional leader scored almost nothing in recent election. I learnt this from different business men and women when i joined Standard Chartered Bank LTD business banking from Barclays consumer banking.
