MY TEA BAG SMOOTHIE - Chai Choc Chia Cinnamon Smoothie Here is what I used: 1 x Chai Tea Bag, Homemade Almond Milk, Chia seeds, Choc Protein Powder, 1-2 Frozen Bananas, Cinnamon. Here is What I did: I soaked the chia seeds and the Chai Tea Bag in the Almond Milk over night in the fridge. This morning I added a little more almond milk, added 1-2 frozen bananas, couple of scoops of good choc protein powder and a pinch of cinnamon. I blended it to form nice smooth consistency. Tips : Tea Bag - I discovered the use of this by accident, but I reckon you could you many types of tea flavours e.g green, vanilla Frozen Bananas - Peel them, pop in a container and then freeze. Almond Milk - I make a big batch on weekends. Once the nuts are soaked it take less than minutes to make.
