MY TRUTH ABOUT LOSING WEIGHT: Regardless of my shapeliness I am still overweight & obese! It feels really good every Sunday watching the numbers decline on the scale as this motivates me to continue to modify my eating habits. Each morning after working out I put a đ on the calendar! I noticed the recognizable change when I did the pictures showing my progress. Im practically down 2 dress sizes and 1 pant size. I became somewhat depressed one day when I took a long look in the mirror and much to my surprise the woman staring back at me was not happy and had not lost one pound đ!!! (an attack of the enemy) That day I worked out twice. My challenge now is access skin which is not tightening up as quick as I would like for it to and the visible stretch marks from where my skin was stretched beyond its limits. This past week was challenging - missed working out on Monday and even though I stretched it out over 2 two days I had a decadent meal on Wednesday & Thursday. I was once critical of others when Id see them on tv all sad and crying about their weight loss struggles eventually returning to their old habits and now I clearly understand.........(teary eyed) #come2far2giveupnow
