MY name is Brandon T, and Im addicted to Crystal Methamphetamine. Everything around me has fallen apart and gotten dull. I recently decided to see how trying to quit will go... so as of now , Ive officially been clean for 48 hours! Longest time sober in over a year!! Crystal Meth is the most evil thing ive ever experienced... and its an epidemic here in TaneyCounty Missouri. I was hooked and didnt even realize... it literally changes your reasoning and rationalizing... as if ive been running on auto pilot... The reality ive made for myself scares me.... so I run from it and avoid thinking too hard about it... before I even realized how serious it got, Id lost EVERYTHING because of meth.... Im 20 years old, im homeless, living on the streets in Branson Missouri... I have a 2 year old daughter whom I cannot see anymore, all my old friends cut ties to me anr My family cant stand to see me like this anymore, (((including my mom, whose a recovering meth addict of 10 years, sober for 4)) so they cut ties too. Im at rock bottom and I have court on 12/11 for drug charges.... As I type this, im sitting at McDonalds to escape the cold. All I have is a cellphone and my backpack of everything I own... clothes mostly... I feel confident in recovering at this moment, but its an emotionsl rollercoaster... so all im really sure of, is that for the next 10 minutes I will not use or try to use... who knows if anyone will read this.... if you do, I hope you maybe can gain something. If nobody does, its ok, because it was more for me anyways
