Mabel Parrish. E-Z Freezer Pickles 7 Cups thinly sliced cucumbers 2 Cups Sugar 1 thinly sliced large onion 1 cup apple cider vinegar 3/4 Tbsp. Salt 1/2 Tbsp. Celery Seed Mix sugar, salt, vinegar and celery seed together until well blended. Pour mixture over the cucumbers and onions in large bowl until all are covered and well mixed. Cover and place in refrigerator for 24 hours. Stir occasionally. Transfer into freezer containers and freeze. For variation you may add red, green or yellow sliced or diced peppers.
