Machine Maintenance Technician (Barberton) compensation: $19.00 - $20.00 to start depending on experience ******Machine Maintenance Tech position available immediately!***** ***2nd Shift*** Candidate will train on 1st shift then be moved to 2nd shift. After 30 days Candidate will be required to join the Union. Medical, Dental, 401K and Life would then be available after 60 days. Responsibilities: To safely and efficiently perform preventive and scheduled maintenance and repairs to all machinery, equipment and buildings. * Perform normal maintenance on factory equipment * Mechanical ability to dismantle and reassemble equipment, trouble shoot and diagnose and make necessary repairs to equipment(compressors, mobile eq and factory eq) * Be able to read electrical schematic diagrams * Troubleshoot, repair motors, motor starters, contactor, relays, distribution and panel wiring of AC and DC up to 460 volts and use electrical test eq. * Working knowledge of PLC, controls, circuits, logics and electronic drives * Weld and cut with acetylene eq, arc weld carbon and stainless steel in horizontal, vertical and overhead positions as well as do soldering, silver soldering and brazing * Other maintenance functions such as plumbing, painting, cleaning of eq, lubrication, PM, fork lift operation, HVAC repairs and roof repairs, etc * Must have own tools Qualifications: * Must have High School Diploma with 5 - 10 years experience working in manufacturing facility as a maintenance tech and/or electrician * Must have valid Drivers License. * Must be able to pass Drug Screen Test and have clean Background. * Machine maintenance experience required(electrical and mechanical) * Prefer Hydraulic/Pneumatic experience If interested, send Resume to [email protected], or contact us at: PrimeTime Personnel LLC 1602 Home Ave Akron, OH 44310 Office: 330-907-5651
