Machine fitter / Panel Beater For a company in the area of Breda we are looking for Machine Fitters / Panel Beaters. Responsibilities for the function: • Produce independently sheets from metal following a particular drawing. You use during this proces CNC machines. (Pons-nibbel machine) • Commands and resources are given • You have a big independence. The client is expecting from you that you solve most problems by your self. Therefore you need big improvisation, inventiveness, spatial planning. When you hesitate you always consider your colleague or manager. • Good consideration with the leaders and other departments is really important for optimal quality and flow through. • Making mistakes in work method, choice of materials etc. can lead to big delays on your own department or other departments, can lead to lose of materials or subsequential damage. This can lead to a bad relationship with the client or the orderer. Knowledge: • Machinefitter E or Machinefitter F (depence on your knowledge, experience, independence, managing of direct colleague and the use of the CNC machines) • VBO-Diploma with relevant technical trainings and on-the-job trainings. • Languages: English. Dutch or German is a preference of the client. Competencies: • Independence: Commends and resources are given. You are independent in the following things: work schedule, work order and work procedure. • Workexperience and professional knowlegde: contacts with colleague are directed to exchange knowlegde. Mistakes in your work can have big consequences. Be aware of your own mistakes. Control your work and ask your manager. • Physique aspects: You regular work with irritating factors like dirt, smell, noise, draught, temperature changes etc. The work can be hard and sometimes you need to work in uncomfortable posture. When needed you need to make use of safety resources.
