Macys has been the reason I will have a stroke this holiday season. I ordered my item on December 4, and the item was incorrect. Wrong item, wrong size. I contacted customer service and it was fixed. My replacement was supposed to be shipped. Well, fast forward to now--no package. The first service rep tells me the package is in transit but that it will take 7-10 business days. I ask to speak to management because this is unacceptable because your shipping error is not my fault. I am hung up on after being on hold for over 18 minutes. Total time on call one 41 minutes, with a total time on hold of 31 minutes. I call back to be on hold an additional 13 minutes before the second rep says that the item is unavailable and would not be shipped. I ask for management again and am placed on hold for another 12 minutes before I am hung up on again. I become livid. I make Clayton call back and he actually gets it resolved--but the damage is done. This item will not be here by Christmas morning. #macys #sorrycustomerservices #reallynotsureaboutusingthemagain #losingacustomer
