Made a delicious roast with the new Irish Stout Slow Cooker Sauce. It was very good. But it only takes half a jar of sauce. The second I tasted the sauce I knew I had to make chili with it. Tonight I did, and it was fantastic! I started with precooked beef fajita strips (John Soules brand from Walmart) cut into bite sizes. Then added half a jar of the Irish Stout Slow Cooker Sauce, black beans, 15 oz tomato sauce, and 2 tbsp of wahoo chili mix. So thick, rich and good, a must have on the menu for this fall!
