Made a new protein ball on the weekend. See what you think! Choc Mint Protein Balls • 1 ½ cups walnuts • 8 medjool dates • ¼ cup raw cacao • 2 scoops choc protein powder • ¼ cup (25g) goji berries • ¼ cup hazelnut meal • ¼ cup (15g) shredded coconut • ¼ cup (30g) sesame seeds • 1 tsp coconut oil • ¼-1/2 cup water • 1-2 tsp peppermint essence (depending how minty you like it) • Extra coconut for rolling Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until they form a dough like texture. Roll into 16 medium sized balls, roll in extra coconut.
