Made a very garden fresh salad and a lot of it. Very fresh and raw veggies[like my men]. Getting away from processed foods plus fat loaded foods. Wish me luck on my new diet plan. Going back to basics in the kitchen. It is all in the prepping and basic cooking. I got hooked on processed foods because how easy it was to cook it. Now I am back to preparing foods from scratch. I am filled with very little but real food not fake food. Yesterday was seafood today veggies. Whole wheat bread is okay so I will be making tomato sandwiches. I use Jersey tomatoes[beef eaters]. I am eating two bananas for desert. It seems there is too much fat in yogurt and NON- fat yogurt is plain processed food. I love fresh fruit now. Boy it is not cheap getting right. Thinking of meals to come. Back to surfing.
