Made it too the camp ground. If it were not windy, it would be simply gorgeous outside, but the wind prevails. Cody and Anna are on their way the Laramie for Duran. My funny of the day was Bob calling and telling me there is no electricity in the house, we were near Sidney, Ne so I really could not help him, but I called my dad to make sure he did or did not have electricity and he did not have any. Wish I could help Bob more from here. Now the decision is where to eat dinner. Being dinner would have been totally great last night at the Hong Kong burger place, unfortunately the guy at the counter seriously made me rethink eating my left overs. So I took them with gracious self and left in the hotel room this morning. Needless to say, none of you want to hear the story behind that. We stopped in Sidney, NE at the Cabelas...yupp biggest one I have ever been too and the Elephant was a big-un. My body is screaming rest and it is time to settle in and slow the riding down as I look at it in a couple days, the road tells me it is a long ride home. For now we are safe with no issues and two kids (Joe and Alycianna) made it like little troopers. Our one disaster of the day was the semi laying down in a ditch on its side being emptied out in to another semi....hope the driver was ok. So for now Family and friends, Cheyenne is where I am...wind and all....and we are all safe.
