Made my boy some super treaty crackers. I used 1 cup organic guava juice, 1 cup dried goodies and a tablespoon of psyllium husks to thicken the mix. Let stand for a few minutes to thicken and turn out onto a paper lined baking tray. Spread out as thin as possible. Bake at 100 degrees celcius of an hour. Remove from oven and turn the cake over onto a fresh piece of paper. Peel off the first paper. Carefully cut the cake into pieces (I find it easier to do this now while the mixture is not yet super crispy and is still pliable, otherwise it just breaks). Return to the oven at 90 degrees celcius to finish drying out (another 1/2 hour or so but watch it closely). When it is done it will feel like fruit leather. It crisps up on cooling down. Dont bake it until crispy like I did the first time - it will burn :/ My dried goodies were : a mix of seeds (sunflower, chia, flax, hemp, pumpkin), chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans), dried herbs (milk thistle, chamomile), fresh flower petals (nasturtium and dandelion), chopped dried fruit (sulpher free gogi/blue/straw berries and pineapple). I will feed only small pieces of this per day in his foragers.
