Made part of breakfast for tomorrow with my girls! Ingredients: sweet potatoes, apples, cinnamon, stevia, 1 cup steel cut oats, 1 cup oats, fresh blueberries, raisin, 1 tbl spoon chia seeds, 1 tbl spoon flax seed & 1 cup almond milk. Boil sweet potatoes, apples, cinnamon in 1 cup water & 1 cup almond milk. When soft, put in baking dish mix with steel cut oatmeal, oats, chia seeds, flax seeds & stevia. Bake at 300 degrees until oatmeal is cooked. Add blueberries & raisins, bake a little longer. Can be eaten alone but I will be eating 1/4 cup with eggs & spinach tomorrow!
