Made some tomato sauce earlier. Tasty and a good base for other recipes. :) Followed the recipe in the link with some modifications. Ingredients: 3 lbs (1.4 kg) tomatoes 3 onions 3 cloves of garlic 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 bay leaf 1 tablespoon sugar 1,5 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 cup (2.5 dl) cooking wine (red) 1 tablespoon basil 1 bag of sun dried tomatoes (about 2.5 ounces or 75 g) Instructions: The english speaking can use google translate to figure out the instuctions in the link. I added the sun dried tomatoes as I was getting hungry and looked like it was going to take ages to reduce the cooking wine instead of the tiny amount of balsamic vinegar in the original recipe. I also used stick blender at the end to make it smooth.
