Made the switch from Solopreneur to Business Owner. So thankful to Mike Mckay and Adam Spiel for their mentoring and example. I finally can spend time in my most powerful and exciting areas of innovating and serving my top clients personally 1-1. Doing NONE of the stuff that use to frustrate me that wasnt natural or easy for me. The biggest shift was learning to take the time to identify and communicate what I desire to others on my team. To find quality people, train them and systematize my processes and thinking. The cop-out and EASIEST thing to do is do it all yourself. THAT attitude is keeping many brilliant people with the potential to change the world SMALL, desperate and frustrated. Thank you to Fiona Peters and my team of awesome people who make it all work so smoothly. Excited for what is about to unfold!
