Made these cupcakes for a girlfriends daughters 1st Birthday :) My chocolate mud cake gummy bear cupcakes :D Recipe: 2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 2 cups cocoa, 2 tblspn baking powder, 3 eggs, 1 cup milk, 250g softened butter Mix altogether till runny consistency, bake in cupcake cups for 20mins or until firm to touch at 180 degrees celsius. Icing: 2 cups icing sugar, 2 cups cocoa, 250g softened butter, few drops water. Beat butter till soft, add dry ingredients, hand stir till smooth. Dont forget to decorate with gummy bears :)
