Made this Blueberry Cheesecake... Pure Bliss !!! Hope u all like it friends :) Recipe : Take one n half cups of digestive biscuit crumbs in a bowl .Add 1/2 tspn of ground cinnamon and stir together .Add 1/3rd cup of melted butter and stir well.Now put the mixture in the spring form pan and level it smooth from all sides by pressing it with a spoon or finger tips and refrigerate it for 30 mins . Now for the Batter:- Take 2 tspn of lemon juice in a bowl, add 300 grams of cream cheese and beat the mixture till its soft.Now pour one n half cup of heavy whipping cream and beat the batter with an electric beater till it becomes thick.add 1/3rd cup granulated sugar and further beat the mixture till it becomes stiff.( if u want it more sweet ,adjust the amount of sugar).Now pour the batter into the chilled crust and top it with the blueberry filling and refrigerate it for atleast 6-7 hours but its best if its kept overnight in the refrigerator.( I have used American Garden blueberry topping and filling.)
