Made this for dinner last night and it literally took about 10 minutes to assemble. Another 25 minutes in the oven and it was done. Id leave it in a little longer if you like it crispy. I made a couple of changes to the recipe. I added sliced mozarella cheese as the bottom layer, then layered sandwich pepperoni, salami and bologna. On top of the meat, I sprinkled shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Once I tucked the ends under and made a (pretty! LOL) ring, I melted a bit of butter and brushed that all over the top. I then mixed together ground basil and oregano, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders and Romano cheese. I sprinkled this mixture over the top before baking. Quick and easy. :) Served with salad and Italian dressing for dipping.
