Madeline Purdue - #10 turns 18! Tomorrow is my Baby Bugs 18th Birthday! The statute of limitations has run out and I can now tell the story linking Mads Birth to Tiger Woods. The morning Mads was born her Mom and I went to Sunrise Hospital unsure if the labor symptoms were true. Inexplicably, without being called Lynns OB (Scott Olds)was walking in the door at the same time. He had a previous appointment - pure coincidence he was there. Without checking us in - he grabbed a room and confirmed that Lynn was in advanced stages of labor. Scott Olds was thrilled that the baby would be delivered around noon. He could cancel his afternoon appointments and go out and watch the Young Tiger Woods at the Las Vegas Invitational With Scott s help; Tiger went on to win the LVI - his first golf victory as a pro (look it up)! Mads I think you are an incredible, beautiful young lady and a wonderful daughter. That pales in comparison to what Tiger owes you. Without that victory he would probably be just another Stanford dropout with a bunch of Waffle House girlfriends. Love you BABY BUG!
