We propose the following ad-hoc committees for the period of 8-12 months for the responsibility of organization building, under the guidelines of Mission Vistaar: • Interim State Executive Committee • Interim Zonal Committees (for each zone, to be announced shortly) 3. This new Madhya Pradesh Interim Executive Committee will have the following responsibilities: • To conduct Bottom Up organization building and elections within 8 to 12 months • To take up appropriate political campaigns • To set up issue based committees, as deemed fit • To set up frontal organizations 4.
