Madisen D. I made myself promise to not develop feelings for anyone my sophomore year and just focus on school… and then, you walked into the room. It wasnt overnight, it was gradual… but yeah, I broke that promise. At first, you impressed me with your impeccable musicianship, and then by your performance in New Stew. Over time, your blue eyes got to me. Then your smile. Your laugh. Your voice. And then, your beaming personality shone above all else. I could never bring myself to reveal these feelings to you in person- because firstly, words would fail me (as they always do) and Id probably sound like a damn idiot, and secondly because, more than likely, these feelings are unrequited. So my course of action will consist of the following: to stay silent, and to watch you walk out the door with the hope that maybe well run into each other sometime. That is all.
