Madison County Water System - Main Break Monday, June 16, 2014 - 6:45PM The Madison County Water System has a main water transmission break between Naugher Road and the Flint River Bridge off Winchester Road that is affecting customers in the immediate area. While Huntsville Utilities service as the convenience billing agent for Madison County Water System, the system is maintained by the county. Madison County has advised that the repair needed on this water main break will take quite some time to repair before customers see normal water pressure levels. Madison County Water System customers may call 256-379-2754 to report water concerns and check repair status.
