Madison Estates welcomes three wonderful employees on their recent promotions and celebrates with them as they begin new positions with our Community. Terry Bilxer has been promoted to Head Housekeeper and has hit the ground running. Terry began her employment 14 years ago and has been a pillar to our successful housekeeping and server staff. A new uniform and a few new faces are what we have seen. Terry, we look forward to your leadership in this important new roll. After two years being the person of first impression we see and hear as we enter or call Madison Estates, Geri Aguon has been promoted to our Enrichment Coordinator. We cant think of any more appropriate roll for Geri to succeed in than as the Madison Estates Cheerleader. All one needs to do is look around to see a fresh new look -- from colorful decoration in our Dining Room and Lobby to active participation at our meal services. Madison residents, get ready for new, exciting, enriched activities we will all want to join. Geri, high five; you deserve it. When the Madison Managers went looking for the new smile and cheerful replacement at our reception desk, we had to look no further than Angela Ramirez who has been serving in housekeeping. What a great fit for the excellent employee. Angela has dreams of pursuing her drama career and I just bet she will make that come true. With a smile in her voice, she has been a joyful addition to our reception desk. Please join the Madison Estates Managers and joyfully welcome these three super ladies.
