Madrids famous football team is Real Madrid. This talented team was named Best Club of the 20th Century by FIFA. Part of that honor is because they are the only club to win the league five times in succession. They accomplished this twice, the first 5 year streak was between 1961 and 1965, and the second was between 1986 to 1990. They were founded on March 6, 1902 and their first match was actually with themselves. Half the team played red, half played blue. While in the city you can go check out a game, or you can take a behind the scenes tour of the stadium. You even get to tour the changing rooms, walk down the players tunnel and stand on the edge of the pitch. Just dont try and go on a match day!
