Magic 97.7 ATTENTION: LYNDON RESIDENTS; EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, A BOIL WATER NOTICE HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR LYNDONVILLE AND LYNDON RESIDENTS. DUE TO THE NEED FOR SYSTEM MAINTENANCE/REPAIR, DEPRESSURIZATION OF Rout 122, Pudding Hill, Lyndon Heights, Lyndon Center back to Lyndonville Electric on Route 5, there is a strong possibility that your drinking water will become contaminated on the way to the tap. This situation presents a significant health risk to users of the Lyndonville Water System. The Village is issuing a Boil Water Notice for users in the effected areas, effective IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT DRINK THE WATER BEFORE BOILING IT FIRST! The Village of Lyndon will inform you when the necessary system repair has been completed and tests show no bacteria in the drinking water supply. The Village of Lyndon anticipates resolving the issue within 5 days. For further information, you can contact Tim Hooker at (802) 283-3594.
