If you haven not picked up your selling packages please contact me (Randi) by 10/13 We know many of you have done this before, however we strongly urge you to read the pink book as changes have been made! Log in/Password: Log in with your email that Girl Scouts has on file. The password is lovegs Dates: Booth Sales: Begins Sept 12 through Nov 11. Contact GSNC for info, then please advise us. You need trip app, permission forms for the girls, all cash which you will deposit and take your rebate right away. In Person Sale: Begins Sept 29 through Oct 29 Renewal of Magazines: Make sure the information is exactly as it appears on the label from the previous order, if not then it is considered a new order, NOT a renewal. Banking: You must use the enclosed TD bank deposit slip. Please make sure you keep the deposit slips. Hold one copy for your records and return the other copy with your troop # on it to us. Ending: After you the manager does all the computer work, print the delivery ticket so you can then pick up your candy, nuts, prizes & patches from us in early December. Remember to take your rebate before making your deposit, if not you will have to wait until March 2015 for the rebate check. Paperwork: On or before November 1st, NO EXCEPTIONS we need from you the following to finalize your sales; Step 2 booklets (make sure they are kept together), order forms of magazines (not the candy ones) and the deposit slips with your troop # on it.
