Mahalo! Okay folks, lets get serious about paddling here for a minute. Lets Giveer the Onions, so to speak. Im talkin pool sessions 2014, baby! Im talkin $25 for the best season of your life as a member of the Northwest Brigade Paddling Club, paddling with cool cats in the middle of the Best Place on Earth! Wednesday March 12th marks the beginning of our 2014 pool sessions. They are running consecutive Wednesdays, March 12th to April 16th, at 9pm at the Aquatic Centre. The cost is $25. This includes a year membership to the NWBPC, Canoe/Kayak BC, a free first night in the pool, helps us cover the cost of renting the pool, and includes free, informal instruction from our highly untrained veteran/senior citizen and intermediate boaters. What more could you ask for? You may even see some folks on what appear to be surf boards. Crazy. Each consecutive Wednesday costs $5. Sweet deal. If you dont have any gear and would like to make sure you have some, please contact Rick Brine at Backwater Paddling. If youre really hard up you can talk to Nevin, our gear guy and he can prob loan you some club duct tape or something. See you Wednesday!
