Mahama nominates MMDCE for Upper East,Northern Regions President Mahama President John Dramani Mahama has nominated the following as Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs) in the Northern & Upper East Regions. 1. Jasper Jatoh Moayi: Kpandai 2. Alhaji Seidu Amidu: Nanumba South 3. Adolf Ali John: Saboba 4. Ali Kassim: West Gonja 5. Seidu Abubakar: Tolon 6. Albert Akoka: Garu Tempane The nominations announced by the Minister for Local Government & Rural Development, Hon. Akwasi Opong-Fosu, are in accordance with Section 243(1) of the 1992 Constitution and Section 20(1) of the Local Government Act 1993, Act 462.
