And there is no discussion in Vidhan Sabha or in election speeches, how it will be reduced ! On the contrary, schemes like Toll free, LBT free, Maharashtra are discussed.... What is the role of a Finance Minister ? Is it prudent form of Governance that you have to borrow to pay salaries !!! We have situation where agricultural loans are given to actual farmers to extent of 37%. Over 50% loan is disbursed to so called farmers in metros & cities....including Malabar hill, cuffs parade, Bandra, etc... Is anyone really looking into the so called norms, procedures, audit reports, etc ????
