Mahindra launches electric car: *********************************** Mahindra Reva Electronic Vehicle (MREV) launched new electric vehicle, Mahindra e2o, in the Nepali market on Wednesday. According to the company, Mahindra e2o is available in six colours - arctic silver, coral blue, green, oceanic white, red and yellow while it is priced at Rs. 2.2 million. The new car features a full digital cluster, electrically operated wing mirrors, keyless entry and start/stop button, projector head lamps, LED tail lamps, reverse camera, four JBL speakers among others, said tha company. The Mahindra e2o is a manifestation of Mahindra´s vision of the ´Future of Mobility´ which encompasses the ´5Cs´ framework of Clean, Convenient, Connected, Clever and Cost Effective vehicle technology, said the company in a statement. “With the Mahindra e2o, we have taken the lead in not only creating a comprehensive ecosystem to nurture sustainable mobility solutions, but have also firmly placed a choice in the hands of our consumers.” said chairman of Mahindra Reva Electric Vehicles Pawan Goenka. The car owner could enjoy the opportunity of connectivity, convenience and mobility in an electric car with minimal cost of ownership, said managing director of Agni Group, authorised distributor of Mahindra vehicles for Nepal Cabinet Shrestha.
