(No Measure) Row 500m 50 Russian Twists (medicine ball) Runners Stretch (10-15 secs) Shoulder Rolls 20 Push-ups 15 Pull-ups 1 min Native Squat Hold 20 Squats A.): Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps) 6mins of: 10 Push-ups 15 Overhead Squats (PVC) 20 Double Unders B.): Power Snatch (4-4-4-4-4-4-4-4-4-4) C.): Metcon (AMRAP - Reps) 15mins of: 1000m Row 50 Thrusters - 35lbs/45lbs 30 Pull-ups ...repeat ....etc. This is a Partner WOD.... Each person does half of the reps, then switch....500m/500m....25/25 Thrusters... 15/15 Pull-ups, then repeat until time runs out! Every 100m = 1 rep
