Main Points - Episode 31 1. I trusted someone and they betrayed my trust means that they thought, said or did something that I dont think they should have. 2. Trust means that I accept you as you are and I understand that what you are saying is what you are feeling and doing. 3. When I trust people it is not for them, it is for me as trusting them makes me very comfortable and I give them the liberty to do what they want. 4. But I need to be prepared that tomorrow if they said X but did Y, I will be stable and not get hurt because trusting them was my choice. 5. No one can betray you; no one can break your trust.
