Maintenance Engineer (Surabaya based) Job Description To assure the availability of machines to utilize by finding out the root cause of bad machines performance, define the focus on its critical to success factor, and measure & monitoring the machines performance. To ensure all task and activities on his / her area are aligned with company’s strategy and ISO requirements. REQUIREMENTS: Hold a Bachelor Degree in related Engineering majors. At least 3 years hands-on experience on related function in manufacturing environment, preferably from multinational company. Having technical knowledge & skills required including production machinery expertise, analytical thinking competence and presentation capability. Independent worker with good communication & collaboration skills. Person with integrity and learning oriented mindset. Good in English both verbal & written. Computer literacy, including Ppt due to presentation. Point of hire Surabaya.
