Job Info: Must be experienced and qualified in all phases of plant electrical/electronic, refrigeration, and PLC maintenance to include installation, troubleshooting and repair of power and control circuits. * Must maintain departmental quality standards for maintenance, adherence to scheduling and departmental/equipment cleanliness. * Must adhere to all safety requirements, to include the wearing of PPE. * Follows job safety and environmental requirements and communicates concerns to immediate supervisor. * Follows all Food Safety, 5S and ISO guidelines, policies and procedures. * Other maintenance duties as assigned.REQUIRED SKILLS: * Have an average to above average work record, i.e., job performance, safety, attendance, etc. (Employees with documented problems which relate to success in this position may be disqualified.) * Have one of the following: a two-year technical degree in electrical or a related field, or a Journeyman Electrician license. * Must be experienced and qualified in all phases of plant electrical/electronic maintenance to include installation, troubleshooting and repair. * Successfully pass the battery of testing at Kentucky Technical College; testing includes reading, math, reasoning and the Bennett Mechanical. * Successfully demonstrate proficiency by passing a written skills test and demonstration of skills through a practical hands on test. * Be able to read and write legibly, in English, with understanding. * Be able to physically perform all aspects of the specialist position. * Have a valid KY drivers license. * Be able to work any shift. * Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. ow.ly/G6HIa
