Maintenance Tech Position Now Available! Location- Arvin, CA Seeking a full time Maintenance Technician to join our team at a beautiful apartment community located in Arvin, CA. Ideal Candidate(s) MUST provide their own tools. HVAC certification is a plus. Job Description: -Carry out the service processes of the community, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic maintenance. -Perform the apartment make ready process in a manner consistent with the community operational objectives, correctly and on schedule. -Diagnose and solve maintenance issues ranging from electrical, plumbing, interior/exterior repair. -Daily property grounds clean up and ensuring community is in impeccable condition. -Complete resident service request for apartment interior maintenance. -Turn overs so they are ready to be leased, including cleaning, general maintenance, painting, fixing appliances, etc. -Perform community exterior projects and maintenance to common areas such as office, laundry room, community room, etc. -Organize and maintain a clean maintenance shop and abide by all safety regulations and requirements including the use of personal protective equipment. -Perform emergency on call duties -Additional projects and/or duties as assigned by Property Manager and/or Regional Manager.
