Maj. Gen. Charles W. Whittington Jr, Commanding General of the 29th Infantry Division, met April 5, 2014, at Fort Bragg, N.C., with Col. Eric S. Kohl, Commander of the 130th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, and Col. Vernon H. Simpson, Commander of the 30th Armored Brigade Combat Team, both of the North Carolina Army National Guard, to discuss joint training and opportunities for all units. The 29th ID is fortunate to partner with these great Brigades and looks forward to the same success with all stakeholder units.
