Major Drug Offender Sentenced to Prison for a Mandatory Six Years Justin Hutchinson, 26, of Albany, Ohio, appeared on March 25, 2014, and was sentenced to a mandatory term of six (6) years in prison. The six (6) year sentence relates to offenses involving Trafficking in Heroin, Possession of Heroin, and Theft. Hutchinson is also subject to a four (4) years driver’s license suspension. Upon release he will have a mandatory five (5) years of Post Release Control. Prosecutor Blackburn reports that “On January 16, 2014, Justin Hutchinson was arrested for possession of over eleven (11) grams of heroin and also trafficking heroin from his home in Albany. Prior to that date, a search warrant of his home was executed and a fully loaded syringe along with heroin residue on a spoon was found. Hutchinson was also found to have stolen multiple TVs and DVD players from the Walmart on East State Street.”
