Major Organizational Announcement! Adopt A Rescued Friend, Inc. (“AARF” Houston) would like to thank Vicky Mazyn for her dedication to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming many of the homeless and/or abandoned animals in the Houston area. Vicky, one of the two founding members of AARF, took on the roles of Treasurer, on-line administrator of the web and facebook page, and primary contact for all AARF’s vendors, supporters and volunteers. Vicky elected to step down from the Board of Directors earlier this year, for personal health reasons. From the Board of Directors and all the AARF volunteers and fosters, thank you Vicky for your time and efforts! We hope to continue the AARF legacy utilizing the foundation you helped construct. This is not goodbye, though. With over 20 years of rescue experience, Vicky has graciously agreed to continue providing guidance to our many fosters and volunteers. Now that is dedication!
