Major RANT! Wow! This town is messed up! I came back home after being gone 16 years. I came back to be with family and the fact I missed home. Now all these city politicians want to do is ruin my town I grew up in. Downtown needs good local businesses but to what I understand the city want to red flag buildings and allow high rents making it difficult for small business owners to open stores, shops, restaurants, etc... Now they are going to allow a new development where Pine Meadows Golf Course is on Vine Hill Way and Center Avenue. They didnt want to keep open land for wild life or turn it into a Natural Park. Shame on you Martinez, Shame!!!
