Majority of our problems come when we hire unqualified/ inexperienced people to do work. We all want to save and get the best deal possible but we also letting quality suffer. How many truck accidents would be avoided if the trucking company hired the proper personnel. How many construction accidents would be avoid if we hired people that didnt cut corners ... Customer services is suffering ... Customers are becoming more frustrated everyday dealing with under-skilled people.
