Makani at CFC on 9 Sep. The offer is terrible! Came and sat at the cfc branch. Waited for 20 mins for a table. Terrible service. Asked about the offer and the waiter told us of the sushi pieces we are allowed to order. An hour later we were able to make an order only to find out that you cannot make an order at once! You have to order 16 pieces first. When you are done, place another order of 8 pieces... When you are done, another order of 8 pieces and so on! Meaning that you will wait 30 mins every time for your next order! We discussed the issue with two waiters and the manager; tried to understand the logic behind placing an order of food 5 times and eating at 5 different intervals. Nothing reasonable from them, only slow service and rude responses. You cannot make such an offer expecting people to eat like that. Do not, again do NOT, make such an offer without being able to handle the amount of food people can order! We were four people willing to order all you can eat. After about an hour and a half of back and forth, we left because were unable to take the customers needs into consideration! One more thing, we overheard a waiter telling a table of three to leave in order to seat other customers.
