So mans changed to making like, to avoid the love trapdoor And lay within her silk glove, making loke to pelvic floor Her previous love a memory, of the man who came before So mans deferred to a “don’t go there”, a love that he’d adored Instead she canvassed the lanes of loke , coined loke instead of like ‘Cause making love last time, turned their dalliance to flight And in its natural turn of time, of femme fatale , of gravity Love lost its mirth, its worth, its levity; and sanity A world of making loke emerged , not like nor love’s proclivity Nor did the social construct love, make legal promiscuity The paradigm from like to love, a so yesterday duality Hence the loke, from like and love, the newest of the trilogy @Ant Doig aka antman October 2013
