Make it a great day...... Meditate Pray Read a scripture Read a page from a great book that promotes positivity. Listen to good music. Train your mind to think positive when all hell is breaking loose in your life. Shake yourself loose. Leave the house feeling good. Today is going to be a good day because i will make it a good day. You cant stand your job or co-workers but make the most out of it. Our life really does not suck you have to find the good in all things. Take that extra time to create the positive life and environment you want and need. And if you need to remove some family and friends to be at peace do what is best for you.
