Make sure to stop by and visit the FREE Holiday Model Railroad Display located in the Stations Sprint Festival Plaza. FINAL DAY of the 2014 Holiday display is this Sunday, January 4. The Model Railroad Experience is a year-round family favorite at Union Station. Featuring 8,000 square feet of model trains, with everything from tiny N-scale model trains to the big G-scale giants of the model train world, the exhibit was again voted Best Kept Secret in Missouri. Over the Holidays, the volunteers responsible for creating and maintaining the exhibit convert it in to a miniature Holiday wonderland, featuring eighteen consecutive running trains and a 15-foot lighted Kansas City Southern Rudy train engine! A Union Station Holiday tradition not to be missed!
