Make sure you bring someone to sit in coxswain seat tomorrow! I would prefer you get a male, but it CAN be a female, but you may NOT date them. Also, You can not have one of the women from the Womens team be your permanent cox. Some things to look for ... 1. Under 160 lbs 2. Good driver 3. Able to follow simple instructions 4. Can count to 10 5. Good spacial awareness, can anticipate speed and direction and avoid danger. Those are pretty simple things. Make it happen. Beg, borrow, kidnap or bribe your friends if you have to. You have a race in a week and a half! I think your boat can be a fast one and you can have a good first year if you work together and make this happen.
