Make the most out of your workout by incorporating moves that work multiple muscle groups at once. Try this overhead arch press while working on your balance and stability. Hold a heavy weight (I dont have anything over 10 lbs so Im holding two 8lbs) and lift up one leg. Alternate sides on the arch press for a count of 8 while balancing on that same leg. Then switch to the other leg and do another 8 reps.
