Thanks to Shape Up for my bootyliscious training program 3 sets of the following: 15x straight leg deadlifts - feet together, keep your chest up, back straight and push your booty right out with a slight bend in your knees 12x dumbbell stepups (each leg) - keep body weight on the leg used to step up on. 12x hamstring curls - keep your booty down 15x glute kickbacks (each leg) - you can use a cable machine for this one with an ankle strap 12x sumo squats - point your toes 45 degrees out and take your booty to the ground as low as you can, squeeze on the way up.
